This website is operated by Invincible Human, a brand of CEOpify, Inc., a Delaware corporation. These Terms of Service apply to invincible-human.com and to orders, quote requests, proofs, production, shipping, installation, and related services provided through the website.
Using this website
By accessing the website or submitting an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked on the website. You may use the site only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malicious code, collect protected customer information, or use our services to violate another person's rights.
Product information, quotes, and order acceptance
We work to keep descriptions, photographs, measurements, availability, and pricing accurate. Screens and printed or fabricated materials can differ in appearance because of lighting, display settings, materials, production methods, and normal tolerances. A written quote, invoice, order confirmation, or approved proof controls if it contains project-specific terms that conflict with general website information.
Submitting an order is a request for Invincible Human to review and accept the project. We may decline or correct an order involving an obvious pricing error, unavailable material, unlawful content, unsafe specifications, suspected fraud, an unsupported delivery destination, or a project we cannot reasonably produce. If we cannot accept an order, we will contact you and refund any amount collected for the unaccepted portion.
Pricing, payment, shipping, and taxes
Production pricing includes only the products and services expressly shown at checkout or in the written quote. Shipping, freight, delivery, permits, installation, engineering, design revisions, access equipment, and special services are additional unless expressly included.
A $0 or free shipping line labeled as requiring a quote means no shipping charge was collected at checkout; it is not a promise of free delivery. The actual charge is disclosed for acceptance before production or dispatch as described in our Shipping Policy.
Applicable sales or use tax is calculated and collected at checkout or on an invoice only where CEOpify, Inc. is registered or otherwise required to collect it. A customer claiming exemption must provide valid and current documentation before the order is finalized. The customer remains responsible for taxes, duties, or assessments that the law places directly on the customer.
Customer information and payment
You agree to provide current and accurate billing, delivery, and contact information. You authorize charges shown in the accepted checkout, quote, or invoice. Production begins only after required payment, final specifications, and written proof approval are complete.
Artwork, content rights, and approvals
You represent that you own or have permission to use every logo, trademark, photograph, design, name, and other material you submit. You grant Invincible Human a limited license to use submitted material only as needed to prepare proofs, produce the order, provide support, and meet legal obligations. We do not receive permission to publish completed work in a portfolio or advertisement unless you separately agree.
You are responsible for carefully reviewing proofs, including spelling, dimensions, quantities, colors, placement, orientation, and finishing details. Written proof approval authorizes production. Changes after approval may affect price and timing and might require a revised quote.
Production, delivery, and installation
Estimated production and delivery dates are not guarantees unless a written agreement expressly says otherwise. Carrier delays, weather, supply interruptions, site conditions, customer changes, and delayed approvals can affect timing. Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Installation, permits, engineering, electrical work, site preparation, landlord approval, code review, and access equipment are included only when specifically stated in writing. The customer is responsible for providing accurate site information, safe access, and required approvals that are assigned to the customer in the quote.
Returns, cancellations, and order problems
Returns, cancellations, damage claims, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Custom and made-to-order products are final after proof approval or production begins, except for an approved claim involving our error, transit damage, a defect, a shortage, or a material difference from the approved order.
Website intellectual property
The website's branding, original text, graphics, layout, photographs, and software are owned by or licensed to Invincible Human and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Customer-supplied material remains the property of its respective owner.
Third-party services and links
The store uses third-party providers, including Shopify, payment processors, carriers, analytics providers, and production or service partners. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy notices. A link to a third-party website does not make Invincible Human responsible for that site's content or practices.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the website and general informational content are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated in an accepted order or required by law. Invincible Human is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or an order, and direct liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product or service. These limitations do not exclude liability or customer rights that cannot legally be limited.
Changes, severability, and governing law
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. The terms in effect when an order is accepted apply to that order unless the parties agree otherwise. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable United States federal law, without limiting mandatory rights available under the law where the customer lives.
