Executive Focus Program
An eight-week meditation program for a small, voluntary cohort. Led by Jonathan Riesel, meditation coach. Start with a conversation about your team and the scope.

Agree the cohort, goals, schedule and privacy expectations. Scope any devices, software access or specialist support before enrollment.
Build the routine
One guided group session each week, plus a short practice between sessions. Optional wearable feedback is introduced with onboarding.
Review the experience
Evaluate participation, practice consistency and participant feedback against criteria agreed at the start.

Employers receive agreed aggregate summaries. Individual EEG and health information stay within the appropriate participant service, rather than being shared with managers.
