Can I upload my logo or artwork online?
Yes. Relevant product pages accept PDF, JPG, PNG and SVG files up to 20 MB. If you are not sure which product fits the job, contact us before uploading.
Are artwork and specifications reviewed before production?
Invincible Human reviews the selected options, artwork, dimensions and timing as part of the production process. Confirm any project-specific requirements with the team before production begins.

What areas does Invincible Human serve?
Invincible Human ships only to approved United States destinations. International delivery is not available. Delivery, installation and on-site support require written confirmation for each project and location.
Does Invincible Human visit customer locations?
Yes. Invincible Human visits clients throughout San Diego for site surveys, measurements, delivery, installation and project support when the project requires it.
Can customers visit the Palm Avenue location?
Yes. Customers are served by appointment at 1600 Palm Avenue #47, San Diego, CA 92154. There is no permanent exterior storefront sign, so please arrange your visit in advance.

Orders, policies and language
Where can I find shipping and return information?
We ship only to approved USA destinations. For custom projects, $0 or shipping quote required means delivery has not been charged: the actual delivery cost must be quoted and accepted before production or dispatch. Delivery is included only when expressly confirmed in writing. The Shipping Policy and Refund Policy contain the current terms for orders.
Can I receive help in Spanish?
The online store is published in English. You can ask the AI assistant questions in Spanish or contact our team for assistance.
